Responsibilities Lead and/or contribute to the design, development, integration, testing, deployment, ongoing management, and enhancement of SAP FICO-based solutions to meet client requirements and objectives. Demonstrate functional and technical proficiency, business acumen, and strong oral and written communications. Identify and apply continuous improvement, innovation, and automation activities for operational efficiency, delivery excellence, and application modernization/transformation. Balance working independently and collaborating with other consultants, external applications, clients, and third-party vendors. Leverage functional and technical expertise to meet engagement objectives, grow team capabilities, support pursuit and sales activities. Execute all deliverables in alignment with company leadership values and strategy. Lead and/or contribute to team, organization, and account strategies and initiatives. Ensure compliance with project metrics, delivery milestones, SLA targets, and client deliverables, policies and procedures. Qualifications 5 to 6+ years of professional experience and a Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related area. Minimum of 5 years of SAP FICO experience. Functional and technical proficiency in SAP applications; strong hands-on experience in core SAP FICO modules. At least 3 full lifecycle SAP FICO implementations and solid industry or consulting experience. Strong knowledge of integration points with SAP FICO and other SAP modules (SD, MM, PP, PM, PS). Strong leadership and management experience; ability to understand clients’ business and objectives. High-performing, adaptable, resourceful, results-oriented, self-starter with strong problem-solving skills. Ability to work both independently and in a team environment; strong oral and written communication skills. Nice-to-Have Skills Experience in Concur is a big plus. About the Role This role focuses on SAP FICO within DXC’s broader transformation efforts across cloud, applications, security, IT Outsourcing, and modern workplace initiatives. You will work on transformation programs that modernize operations and drive innovation across the customer’s IT estate.
