Responsibilities

  • Design and model BIAN (Banking Industry Architecture Network) Service Domains, Behavior Qualifiers, and Control Records
  • Define service domain interactions in workflows and processes
  • Build business capability models and logical data models
  • Lead requirements gathering workshops with senior stakeholders, identifying gaps and proposing solutions
  • Analyze business processes, API & AP interactions, and define Swagger contracts for APIs
  • Create data mappings, process models, and business object models to align business and IT
  • Craft end-to-end user journeys for retail banking products
Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of BIAN framework (certification preferred)
  • Hands-on experience in process modelling, data mapping, and logical data modelling
  • Proactive problem-solver with a consultative mindset—able to bring improvement ideas to the table
  • Ability to confidently engage with senior stakeholders in workshops
  • Solid knowledge of retail banking products (CASA Accounts, Fixed Deposits, Islamic Banking, Credit Cards, etc.)
  • Experience defining API contracts (Swagger) and mapping AP interactions
