Overview

We are a 5-year old company that is growing at a rapid pace. We need someone amazing to set the tone with full stack engineering, from inventing brand new ideas to streamline general business process. We are a young group looking for someone with lots of energy and passion. The ideal candidate will have a combination of technical development skills, familiarity with HVAC engineering concepts, and a basic understanding of marketing. This role requires a proactive, self-motivated individual capable of working independently while collaborating effectively with our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take summarized instruction and perform actionable solutions with minimal oversight.
  • Develop, maintain, and improve web-based tools and internal applications.
  • Work with HubSpot to support CRM workflows, data management, and reporting.
  • Utilize Microsoft Teams and Excel to organize, track, and analyze project data.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand HVAC-related project requirements.
  • Apply basic marketing concepts and creativity to support digital content or internal tools.
  • Document workflows, processes, and technical solutions clearly in English.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in full-stack web development.
  • Working knowledge or formal training in HVAC engineering preferred.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, with formal Hubspot training considered a plus.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Teams.
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles and creative problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and deliver high-quality results.
