This full-time Senior Barista role at Jollibee Group is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of baristas and contribute to the exceptional customer experience. Overview Responsibilities Manage and motivate a team of baristas, providing training and guidance to ensure consistent drink preparation and excellent customer service Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the coffee bar, ensuring the highest standards of beverage quality and customer service.
