Job Description- Operations Management: Oversee daily operations of the station, ensuring smooth functioning of all activities, including staff management, safety compliance, and resource allocation.
- Customer Service and Relations: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationships with clients and vendors.
- Staff Supervision and Training: Lead, train, and motivate station personnel, scheduling shifts, monitoring performance, and ensuring all team members adhere to company policies and safety standards.
- Leadership and Management Skills: Proven experience in managing teams, with the ability to motivate staff, delegate tasks, and ensure operational efficiency.
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with customers, staff, and vendors, while addressing issues and providing clear instructions.
- Problem-Solving and Decision-Making Abilities: Ability to make quick, informed decisions under pressure, manage unforeseen challenges, and implement solutions to maintain smooth operations.
