We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee billing and collections for APAC and CIS regions, acting as the point of contact for day-to-day coordination with regional finance teams. The role will manage APAC and CIS accounts receivable balances by initiating direct contact with clients in those regions and coordinating AR information with offices that handle Billing & Collections in India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Myanmar, Cambodia, Laos, Bangladesh, Cyprus, Kazakhstan, and Azerbaijan. What you'll be doing 50% Accounts Receivable Assess and establish credit limits according to corporate policy and assign payment terms. Maintain proper documentation in all credit files to ensure Record Retention and Internal Audit policies are followed. Monthly review of the aging report and direct follow up of AR status with all regions. Conduct monthly calls and visits to agencies and reps to verify remittance status and support cash flow. Monitor proper allocation of cash receipts and related reporting such as cash applications and wire instructions. Prepare management reports with AR status, including monthly highlights and challenges for all markets. Prepare aging reports, bad debt analysis, agency incentive analysis, cash forecasts, collections status, and other necessary reports. Interface closely with Ad Sales, Client Services, and internal/external departments to analyze, collect, and reconcile all accounts for collection. 50% Credit Analysis Evaluate the creditworthiness of potential customers. Create credit scoring models for risk assessment. Approve or reject credit based on available data. Negotiate terms of payments with new clients. Ensure all credits and payment terms comply with internal policy. Maintain records of all credit events. Monitor debt payments and bad debts. Review and update the company’s credit policy. What will make you a good fit for this role Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA) is a plus. Proven experience as a Credit Controller, minimum 3 years. Strong understanding of credit control processes, financial analysis, and risk management. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Good English proficiency in both written and oral communication. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills. Proactive and able to work under pressure with a customer-focused approach. High level of integrity and professionalism. Why Join Us?
