Will need excellent communication skills both in verbal and written and as they will be working collaboratively with team members in the US, and in the Philippines. Additionally, the ability to take feedback and implement it will be critical to grow in this position, and to create a bigger team. Ideally, we will have a point of contact in the Philippines as Team Manager. This Manager would have a deep understanding of our systems, our clients, and understand who to work with within the client. Qualifications With at least 3 years+ of experience in full cycle accounting, preferably with Sr. Accountant background who manage bookkeeping tasks. Very knowledgeable with US GAAP. Advanced background with Quickbooks Online and Quickbooks Desktop. Well-versed with Thompson Reuters Accounting CS. Understanding of US Payroll and Payroll Quarterly Tax Returns. Understanding of US Sales Tax. Amenable to work nightshift. Amenable to start ASAP.
