You’ll design and ship robust solutions end‑to‑end across complex Salesforce Flows, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and configuration‑first patterns—without compromising quality. What you’ll own Translate business outcomes into scalable Salesforce architecture across Sales, Service, and custom apps. Build, refactor, and optimize complex Flows (record‑triggered, screen, orchestrations) with guardrails, error handling, and reusability. Develop high‑performance LWC (modular components, events, wire adapters, LDS, testing) with clean UX and maintainable code. Lead configuration at scale: object and field design, validation rules, page layouts, dynamic forms, permission sets, sharing rules. Integrate with downstream systems (REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, External Services) and own data contracts and error strategies. Enforce engineering excellence: code reviews, unit tests, static analysis, performance tuning, and governor‑limit resilience. Drive CI/CD and release hygiene (e.g., Git, scratch orgs, pipelines via Gearset/Copado) from dev through UAT and production. Partner with product, ops, and data teams to shape the roadmap, sequence work, and unblock delivery. Triage incidents, own root cause, and implement preventative fixes—not band‑aids. Mentor engineers and admins; raise the bar on patterns, documentation, and reusable assets. Solid Apex (async patterns, Platform Events, SOQL performance, transaction control) and Salesforce security model mastery. Hands‑on with CI/CD for Salesforce (Git branching, automated testing, pipelines, environment strategy). Proven judgment on configuration vs. code trade‑offs; you default to simple and scalable. Experience with integrations, middleware, and event‑driven patterns. Comfortable operating with urgency—prioritizing, slicing work, and communicating clearly under time pressure. Experience with Experience Cloud, Omni‑Channel, Service Console, or Field Service. Data migration chops (Data Loader, Bulk API, ETL tools), shape‑correct data models, and archival strategies.
