We are looking for multiple candidates for our client, and will be actively hiring over the course of a year. Salary: Open Work Setup: Hybrid – 3 Days WFH, 2 Days Onsite Work Type: Project Based – Fixed Term Shift Schedule: Day Shift Location: BGC The Role We are looking for highly skilled Kotlin Developers to join our client's development team. The ideal candidates should have hands‑on experience in Kotlin development and a strong background in building high‑quality, scalable, and efficient applications. Your Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain backend or Android applications using Kotlin. Build clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards. Develop RESTful APIs, microservices, and integrations with third‑party systems. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including UI/UX designers, product managers, and QA engineers. Ensure the performance, security, and scalability of applications. Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship or technical guidance to junior developers. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues in a timely manner. Participate in sprint planning, architecture discussions, and solution design sessions. What We're Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. At least 5 years of professional experience developing applications using Kotlin. Strong understanding of object‑oriented and functional programming principles. Experience with Spring Boot, Ktor, or other Kotlin‑based frameworks. Proficiency in RESTful API design and JSON/XML data structures. Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB). Familiarity with CI/CD, Docker, Git, and cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure). Strong debugging, testing, and performance optimization skills.
