Accounting Trainer

Responsibilities

• Conduct training sessions on accounting principles and practices.
• Develop training materials and resources for participants.
• Assess trainee progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulations.
• Facilitate hands-on workshops and simulations.
• Support ongoing education and certification preparations.
• Collaborate with management to identify training needs.

• Age : 20-30 YRS OLD
• Location : WILLING TO ASSIGNED QUEZON CITY/PARAÑAQUE CITY
• Educational Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Experience Level : 1-3 years of relevant experience in training or accounting roles.
• Skills and Competencies : Public speaking, written communication, excellent communication skills, sales training, people management, and leadership development.
• Working Conditions : Office-based with potential travel for seminars and training events.
• Qualities and Traits : Strong leadership, adaptability, enthusiasm for teaching, and ability to motivate others.
