Overview

Community & Course Platform Manager (Circle.so) – Cebu City / WFH

This role centers on setting up and managing a premium Circle.so platform to create a high-impact space for learning, connection, and brand engagement. You will influence how professionals connect and learn while contributing to a positive national impact in the Philippines.

Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end creation of the community space, including platform setup, content structuring, and tool integrations.
  • Provide ongoing community management: moderate discussions, welcome new members, and maintain a safe, valuable, and engaging environment.
  • Coordinate new course content, manage email automations, act as frontline support, and collaborate on growth and event strategies.
Qualifications
  • Experience: at least 5 years setting up and managing online communities or learning platforms (Circle.so or similar: Kajabi, Mighty Networks, Teachable).
  • Experience in online education, coaching, or community-based businesses; in EdTech, SaaS, or startup environments.
  • Technical: hands-on experience with Circle.so or similar platforms; familiarity with tools such as Stripe, ConvertKit, Zapier, Canva, Notion; proficiency with project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Notion); ability to create dashboards or reports to monitor engagement and metrics.
  • Non-negotiables: attention to detail, strong visual/layout sense, fluent written English, tech-savvy, ownership mindset, remote work setup based in Cebu City, flexibility in working hours, and solid understanding of community-building principles.
  • Bonus: familiarity with course sales funnels or CRM platforms like HubSpot.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary: PHP 65,000 – 80,000
