Job Highlights Hourly Rate : Approximately PHP 530 Schedule : Monday to Friday, 4 hours per day within client business hours | Toronto, CA, Eastern time Side note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an “Independent Contractor” arrangement, the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process. Responsibilities Plan, create, and manage digital advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok platforms. Conduct audience research, keyword analysis, and targeting optimization to maximize ROI. Develop ad creatives and messaging that align with each platform’s best practices. Monitor campaign performance and implement data-driven adjustments to improve results. Prepare regular performance reports and actionable insights for management. Collaborate with the creative and content teams to ensure ad visuals and copy align with brand tone and objectives. Stay up to date with trends, platform updates, and emerging advertising tools. Qualifications Proven experience managing paid ad campaigns on Meta, Google, and TikTok. Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads Manager. Solid understanding of audience segmentation, conversion tracking, and attribution models. Experience creating and optimizing ad creatives for performance and engagement. Ability to manage budgets efficiently and achieve cost-per-result targets.
