We’re now on the lookout for a Senior Video Editor with strong graphic design skills to join our growing creative team. Monthly Salary: 70,000 PHP Job summary Are you a passionate video editor and visual storyteller with a flair for graphic design? Do you enjoy creating eye-catching content that drives real engagement and growth? What you’ll do Video Editing: Edit raw footage to produce compelling, high-converting video content for Meta ads, client testimonials, and educational explainer videos. Craft 30–60 second videos optimised for social media engagement and lead generation. Ensure all content meets Mediboost’s brand standards and storytelling expectations. Creative Storytelling: Bring narratives to life using visuals, pacing, sound, and transitions. Interpret footage and scripts to shape strong brand messages for Western audiences. Graphic Design: Design banners, thumbnails, social posts, and static ad creatives aligned with campaign goals. Produce visuals to complement video content. Provide guidance on pre-production: shot types, lighting, framing, messaging. Suggest content themes and hooks to elevate performance. Quality Control: Maintain high standards across all projects. Mentor junior editors and contribute to process improvement. What we are looking for 3 to 5 years of experience in video editing + basic graphic design. Strong portfolio of short-form social content and designs. Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro; Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator. Strong understanding of Western design sensibilities, storytelling, visual composition, pacing, and ad engagement strategies. Experience working with clients from Australia, the US, or Canada. Excellent English (spoken and written). Ability to work independently and with remote teams. Bonus: Knowledge of the dental or healthcare industry.
