At Nordic Global , we're looking for a Workday Security Analyst to help support and optimize Workday security across a dynamic enterprise environment. This is an exciting opportunity to make a direct impact on user experience, compliance, and system integrity while working alongside talented teams and industry experts.
What You'll Be Doing
- Manage and enhance Workday security configurations, including Role-Based, User-Based, Domain, and Business Process Security Groups.
- Conduct regular security audits and access reviews, ensuring compliance with least-privilege principles and reducing configuration drift.
- Build and maintain advanced security group structures such as Rule-Based, Intersection, Aggregation, and Segment-Based Security Groups.
- Partner with integration teams to secure Integration System Users (ISUs) and Integration System Security Groups (ISSGs).
- Support payroll, organizational, reporting, and document security requirements while safeguarding sensitive business data.
- Maintain tenant-level security settings, authentication rules, and network access controls.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of hands-on Workday Security experience
- Strong expertise in Workday Security Frameworks, including Domain and Business Process Security
- Experience with user access reviews, security audits, and compliance initiatives
- Knowledge of User-Based, Role-Based, Job-Based, Location-Based, and Segment-Based Security Groups
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly integrated enterprise environment
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication skills
