Property Management Associate

JOB SUMMARY The Property Management Associate shall organize and maintain all Ready for Occupancy (RFO) units. He is responsible for monitoring, coordination, and implementation of village maintenance works. PRINCIPAL DUTIES In charge of monitoring and maintenance of projects, including security personnel and equipment, and attend to various works related to its building improvements and repairs. Monitor the maintenance and upkeep activities of the project, including the guardhouse, clubhouse, landscape and façade. Monitor water and electrical facilities of the subdivision and attend to its repair and improvements, if needed. In charge of grass cutting activities by in-house or outsource contractor and ensure correct and timely billing of grass cutting transactions. Monitor all saleable lots and open spaces. Prepare all reports and documents pertaining to facilities and amenities. Perform other tasks as may be assigned by superior from time to time. QUALIFICATIONS Education: Graduate of any engineering or business-related course Experience: At least one (1) year of work experience related to Property Management / QA/QC / Construction Competencies Excellent negotiation and communication skills Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel) Preferably with driving skills and a valid driver's license #J-18808-Ljbffr
