Senior Marketing & Social Media Manager
Remote (Australian Company) Work from Home | Australian Hours | Long-Term Role
We are looking for a senior marketer with trades and solar industry experience who knows how to turn attention into leads and leads into customers. You will build offers that convert, run paid campaigns on Facebook and Google, and nurture every lead through HubSpot and GoHighLevel until they are ready to buy. You will also create high quality content quickly using Claude AI and Canva.
This is a 100% work from home role on Australian business hours, reporting directly to our Australian leadership team. For the right person there is a clear path to lead a growing marketing team.

About the Role
Build and test offers, lead magnets and landing pages that generate qualified leads
Plan, launch and optimise Facebook/Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns, managing budgets and cost per lead
Set up and manage pipelines, automations and email/SMS nurture sequences in HubSpot and GoHighLevel
Track every lead from first click to booked call and closed deal, and lift conversion at each stage
Write ad copy, emails, posts and articles using Claude AI
Design social graphics, ads, short form video and marketing collateral in Canva
Run the monthly content calendar across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Google Business Profile
Manage community engagement, comments and DMs
Report monthly on leads, cost per lead, conversion rates and ROI
About You
5+ years in digital marketing and lead generation, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role
Proven track record creating offers and funnels that delivered real leads and sales (bring the numbers)
Expert in Facebook/Meta Ads and Google Ads
Expert in HubSpot and GoHighLevel, including pipelines, workflows and nurture sequences
Advanced user of Claude AI for copywriting and content creation
Advanced Canva skills across social, ads and marketing collateral
Proven marketing experience in the trades and solar industries (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, construction, solar PV or battery storage)
Understanding of how trades and solar businesses win work, including quoting, residential and commercial leads, rebates and booked site visits
Experience marketing to Australian, US or UK audiences
Excellent written and spoken English with a natural, conversational writing style
Reliable internet and backup power
Nice to Have
B2B or professional services marketing experience
CapCut or other video editing skills
Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel setup
