This includes monitoring food costs and minimizing waste. Customer service: Interacts with customers to address concerns, handle special requests, or ensure timely delivery of orders from the kitchen. Problem-solving: Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the shift, such as equipment malfunctions, staffing shortages, or delays in food preparation, and take appropriate action to resolve them efficiently. Communication: Maintains clear communication with kitchen staff, management, and other departments to ensure smooth coordination and cooperation throughout the shift.
