Medical Scribers

We are looking for a detail-oriented Medical Scribe to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with healthcare providers to accurately document patient encounters, ensuring efficiency and quality in medical records. Responsibilities Accurately transcribe provider-patient interactions into electronic medical records (EMR). Update patient charts with medical histories, assessments, and treatment plans. Ensure completeness, accuracy, and confidentiality of all medical documentation. Assist providers with administrative tasks to streamline workflow. Qualifications Strong English communication and listening skills. Background in medical terminology or healthcare experience is a plus. Fast typing speed and high attention to detail.
