Duties and Responsibilities:

• The position is part of the team of researchers/analysts that assist in ensuring the quality and consistency of the raw materials, packaging materials and finished products.
• Monitors and audits processes, workers and production areas to ensure compliance of GMPs (good manufacturing practices) standard.
• Provides assistance by performing various laboratory functions such as preparing materials for analysis, conduct regular laboratory analysis, maintaining proper storage of samples, and other related quality control functions.

Qualifications:

• A graduate of BS Food Technology.
• Required skill(s): MS Office.
• Required language(s): English, Filipino
• Flexible. Can work with minimum supervision and has initiative.
• Hard working and self motivated.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Makati or Mandaluyong City.
• 4 Full-Time positions available. Direct Hire.

Salary : Php15,100.00 - Php25,000.00 per month

The Service Quality Partner (Professional, Service Quality Assurance) supports at least a single process and works closely with Performance Readiness Training, Operations and the site team leaders to monitor set Service Quality performance standards.

What You Bring to the Role :

• SERVICE QUALITY MONITORING, ANALYTICS, FEEDBACK AND VALIDATION (60%) | MAINTENANCE AND OPERATIONAL SUPPORT/STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT (30%) | NEW ASSOCIATE QUALITY TALK & OVERVIEW (10%)
• Initial validation of reported incidents, escalations and errors received from internal/external customers of the process responsible for.
• Creation and documentation of process performance audits conducted over identified opportunities areas in production.
• Service Quality reporting of emerging trends, performance gap analyses and quick-win recommendations to Operations.
• Assist the Business Process Improvement team specialists in their process-relevant studies and projects by providing Service Quality data as necessary by request.
• Collaborate with the rest of the Service Delivery Excellence Team, other support groups, and Operations teams to provide relevant quality input gathered from all auditing activities conducted in the targeted areas of production to become instrumental in day-to-day simple solutions building.
• 3 Years Functional experience as a Service Quality Assurance partner for Process Compliance & Audit Activities supporting Operations Delivery (F&A or Supplychain/Sales B2B).
• Experience in Driving quality assurance and knowledge transfer activities for the assigned Process line.
• Business migration & implementation, or any updates in process.
• Excellent Communicator and can effectively work as an individual contributor with and amongst multiple resource teams.
• Project Management experience is a plus

• Meeting ICO Standard Qualifications (Tenure in current role, PPD, No outstanding disciplinary actions).
