Position: Medical Surgical Nurse (OR Nurse) — Direct hire
Job Description:
- Renders medical service based on the post assigned monthly.
- Establishes rapport and assists patients.
- Administers medications, gives nebulization, assists in simple/minor surgical procedures and documents management.
- Refers and assists urgent and emergent cases.
- Other duties deemed necessary by the Immediate Head.
Qualifications:
- A graduate of Nursing (BSN)
- Licensed Nurse
- At least one (1) year experience relevant to the job
- Updated BLS, ACLS, and Certificate of Surgical Training

Job Description:
- Deliver direct patient care based on individualized patient needs and physician instructions.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with prescribed guidelines.
- Monitor, record, and assess patients' health conditions, reactions to medications, and progress.
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and families about health conditions, post-hospital care, and disease prevention.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with hospital and U.S. regulatory standards.
- Adhere to infection control protocols, safety procedures, and ethical nursing practices.
- Support quality improvement initiatives and follow hospital policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Philippines.
- Must have a valid NCLEX-RN pass or active U.S. RN license.
- At least 1–2 years of bedside clinical experience in a hospital or acute care setting.
- Must have IELTS or TOEFL (as required for visa screening or credentialing).
- Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and communication skills.
- Willing to relocate and commit to a long-term assignment in the U.S.
- Must meet immigration, credentialing, and licensure requirements for U.S. deployment.
Preferred Skills & Specializations:
- Experience in specialized units (ICU, ER, OR, Med-Surg, Geriatric Care, etc.) is a plus.
- Knowledge of Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
- Culturally sensitive and adaptable to the U.S. healthcare system.
