Overview Project Coordinator role to assist the Project Lead/Manager in monitoring project plans, timelines and costs, coordinating project management activities with internal resources and third-party vendors, and maintaining project documentation and reports. The position provides logistics and administrative support as needed and coordinates with third-party vendors to achieve targets. Responsibilities Assists the Project Lead/Manager in monitoring project plans, timelines and costs Coordinates project management activities with internal resources and third-party vendors Assists in the creation and maintenance of project documentation and reports Provides logistics and administrative support as needed Coordinates and drives third-party vendors to achieve targets Supports third-party vendors on queries and clarifications in all technical aspects regarding projects; prepares reports and other site documentation Assists third-party vendors with site issues and provides resolutions in compliance with Client Standards Updates site status in Kanban on a daily basis with accuracy ADHOC: Any related BAU tasks that the Project Lead/Team Lead requires Qualifications Bachelor’s degree holder; preferably Engineering Graduate in Telecommunications; highly organized, detail-oriented and able to work under pressure Ability to work independently and in a team environment At least 2 to 3 years of work experience as a Project Coordinator in the Telecom Industry Willing to extend office hours/overtime; knowledgeable in MS Excel and other basic office software At least 1 to 2 years of work experience in vendor and stakeholder management Knowledgeable in all domains in Telecommunication (e.g., Civil Works, Power, Telecom Works, RF) is desirable Project Based Contract (with a possibility to extend) Candidate must be from Mindanao Salary Range: 25 - 30k Seniority level Associate Employment type Contract Job function Staffing and Recruiting Industries Staffing and Recruiting #J-18808-Ljbffr
