Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
Serve as the primary point of contact for project information and updates.
Facilitate communication between internal teams across different locations (NA and Manila) and external vendors (e.g., translators, printers) to ensure project success.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation and records.
Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests.
Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise, acting as the liaison between clients, team members, and external vendors.
Provide detailed reports and regular updates on project status to management and other stakeholders.
Job Qualifications:
10-15 years of managerial experience in sales and marketing / corporate communications as an accounts manager / team lead
Experience in direct client / stakeholder management and communication
Years of experience in a corporate organization or setting
Strong background in project management, with a good grasp of project management tools
Experience and a good understanding of the dynamics of creative production is a plus
Exceptional skills in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Self-starter who works well independently and with the team
Organized, detailed and follow consistent process to ensure efficiency and quality
Ability to coordinate, manage and track high volume of work assignments
Stickler for day-to-day deadlines
Pro-active and solutions-driven
A people person
Has a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills towards local and foreign counterparts
An effective communicator with a strong command of the English language
Comfortable to work on US hours
