In this role, you will collaborate with a team of professionals to develop standardized solutions for our customers. You will research, diagnose, resolve, and follow up on customer issues related to change events. Additionally, you will manage escalated events as needed. Key Responsibilities Install, upgrade, test, and configure systems to complete implementation projects. Consult with clients to analyze their operational needs and understand business objectives. Inform customers and stakeholders of project progress and track implementation to ensure deadlines are met. Perform initial technical implementation of technology products and address scheduling issues. Location You can live anywhere in the Philippines. This role is 100% remote. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree with 2 years of related experience, an advanced degree without experience, or equivalent experience. Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently. Ability to apply, test, and reconfigure data rules to achieve desired results.
