In this role You will drive liquidity and financial precision across GoTeam’s treasury operations. Responsibilities Find Purpose by optimizing cash flow, ensuring liquidity, and supporting major financial decisions. Unlock Possibilit y by improving treasury processes and collaborating with global banking partners. Accelerate your Personal Growth through leadership exposure, advanced financial modeling, and free AI training. Lead cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning. Manage and audit all financial transactions and bank accounts. Ensure compliance with debt covenants and regulatory requirements. Prepare and submit reports to support borrowing and credit processes. Support strategic decisions with timely financial insights. Collaborate with internal teams and banking partners for smooth treasury operations. Mentor junior staff and drive continuous improvements in treasury processes. What you will bring – Qualifications Experience: 5+ years in treasury, finance, or related fields. Proven background in cash flow forecasting , debt management , and financial reporting . Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling. Familiarity with asset-based lending, bank compliance, and ERP systems is a plus. Non-Negotiables: Strong analytical skills, keen attention to detail; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; excellent communication and reporting skills. Bonus Points: Experience in large or complex organizations; led process improvements in treasury operations.
