Your Role
  • Design visually engaging presentations using Figma Slides and Adobe InDesign, ensuring brand consistency and precision.
  • Interpret and develop design concepts from loose briefs or high-level direction while applying current design trends.
  • Deliver polished outputs with attention to detail—first drafts within one week and final versions within two weeks, managing a regular workload of 2-3 presentations monthly.
  • Support executive tasks including email management, task tracking, scheduling, and admin follow-ups with discretion and professionalism.
  • Conduct lead research through RIBA and NBS libraries, compiling lists for UK-based telemarketing teams.
  • Assist in marketing initiatives by scheduling social media content, following creative direction, and applying strong B2B marketing writing skills.
What You Need Non-negotiables
  • Proven experience in Figma and Adobe InDesign, with a strong design portfolio.
  • Solid understanding of contemporary design trends.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Highly organized, reliable, and responsive in handling multiple priorities.
  • Experience in email management, lead research, or marketing administration.
  • Ability to work independently and consistently meet deadlines.
Preferred skills/expertise
  • Familiarity with RIBA and NBS libraries.
  • Prior exposure to B2B marketing campaigns and content support.
