Overview
As aPRHN - Customer Service Associate for our Health Insurance & Medical Plans account in Davao , you\'ll be handling provider inquiries regarding member benefit coverage and claims information, including payment and denial investigations. You will also assist with general enrollment inquiries and provide support on procedure authorization requirements, ensuring providers can deliver optimal care to their patients.
Your Day-to-Day- Handle inquiries regarding member benefits and coverage
- Investigate claims issues, including payment status and denial reasons
- Assist members with general enrollment processes and updates
- Provide information on authorization requirements for medical procedures
- Communicate professionally with clinics, doctors, hospitals, and internal member service teams
- Resolve member concerns with empathy and accuracy, maintaining high satisfaction
- Registered Nurse (RN) with an active nursing license
- Ability to clearly understand customer requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, internet, basic PC and keyboarding skills
- Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, organized and flexible with the ability to learn client-driven material
- Willing to work onsite
- Must be residing in DAVAO
