Your role As An Approval And Verification Specialist, You Will Review support providers' profiles, verify submitted documents, and ensure compliance with all Mable policies and procedures. Communicate with support providers or other individuals as needed—via outbound call, email, live chat, and SMS—to assist them in completing the sign-up and registration process. Identify and escalate trends in inquiries or issues that support providers face when seeking approval to operate on the Mable platform. Consistently meet and exceed role KPIs and daily tasks while maintaining a high standard of quality. Maintain thorough and accurate record-keeping within Salesforce. Undertake other duties and responsibilities as required, and adhere to all company values, policies, and procedures. What You Need Non-negotiables At least a college level education. A minimum of 6 months of continuous BPO work experience. Proficient in English (both written and oral). Competent in the use of MS products/Google applications and standard call center tools.
