Head Teacher

About the role As the School Principal at Little Champions Academy Inc., you will be responsible for leading a team of dedicated educators and overseeing the strategic direction of the school. This is a full-time position based in Malolos City, Bulacan. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping the educational experience for our students and ensuring the continued success of the academy. What you'll be doing Provide visionary leadership and inspire teachers, staff, and students to achieve academic excellence Develop and implement effective educational policies, curriculum, and programmes to meet the needs of students Manage the day-to-day operations of the school, including budgeting, resource allocation, and staff management Foster a positive and inclusive school culture that promotes the wellbeing and development of all students Engage with parents, the community, and other stakeholders to build strong partnerships and support the school's mission Monitor and evaluate the school's performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to drive continuous enhancement Ensure the school complies with all relevant educational regulations and standards What we're looking for Minimum of 5 years' experience as a school principal or in a similar senior leadership role within the education sector A proven track record of driving academic excellence and implementing successful educational programmes Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with various stakeholders Excellent organisational and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and make data‑driven decisions A deep understanding of educational policies, curriculum development, and the latest pedagogical practices A passion for education and a commitment to the personal and academic growth of students What we offer At Little Champions Academy Inc., we are committed to providing a supportive and rewarding work environment for our employees.
