Responsibilities- Strategize & Execute: Develop and implement account growth plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Client Relationship Management: Build, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Upsell & Cross-Sell: Expand product and service offerings within existing accounts.
- Customer Success: Address client concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor account metrics and report on sales performance.
- Team Collaboration: Contribute to company-wide initiatives and support cross-functional goals.
- Adapt & Excel: Take on additional responsibilities that support the success of the role and the team.

- 2+ years of experience in account management, B2B sales, or customer success.
- Proven success in physical product sales and account growth.
- A strong history of building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time management abilities.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently and in teams.
- A commitment to exceptional customer service.
- All MCI locations: Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based.
- Subject to the program and location of the position: Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint. Job offers are contingent on background/security investigation results.

Physical RequirementsThis job operates in a professional office environment. The employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks; reach in any direction; raise or lower objects; move objects from place to place; hold onto objects; and exert up to forty (40) pounds.
