This is where you and your skills come in. We’re currently looking for a Senior Financial Analyst

The Senior Financial Analyst will support world-class financial forecasting, planning, reporting, and analysis, focusing on deal profitability and unit economics. The Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team works closely with the CFO and other senior executives to plan the business and allocate budget and resources to the company’s strategic initiatives. This role will provide the opportunity to join a team that consistently exceeds expectations and who plays key roles in helping to facilitate the company’s rapid growth.

Perform financial analysis, modeling and design . As part of the GTM Finance team, the FP&A Senior Analyst will partner closely across RingCentral’s Go-To-Market areas, performing various financial analysis, modeling, designing and preparation of reporting and budgets for various stakeholders and leadership

Build and maintain robust financial models that incorporate key business drivers, supporting strategic deal execution and overall revenue growth.

Formulate an informed decision grounded in comprehensive financial data analysis . To ensure financial and operating decisions are based on accurate financial data and apply financial expertise to inform overall strategy. Develop robust financial analysis models and complete ad-hoc business projects to streamline decision-making

Guide on Investment Strategy . The Senior Financial Analyst will partner closely with leadership teams across RingCentral, guiding investment strategy at a key point of our evolution and will have a critical impact on RingCentral’s near & long-term success

Financial Analysis and Accuracy . Provide data-driven insights and financial guidance to optimize deal profitability and unit economics. This will involve deep dives into deal structuring, pricing strategies, and discount impact; translating complex financial information into actionable insights and recommendations for RingCentral’s senior leadership.

Collaboration with Stakeholders . This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Finance Manager. Ensure financial objectives such as margins, growth, efficiency, productivity, etc are appropriately analyzed and understood by business partners.Partner with the company’s accounting team for quarter-end close reporting, driving internal processes to maintain and improve predictability of financial results. Partner and build out strategic partnerships with business leaders in GTM, drive financial processes, strategic decision making and initiative prioritization. Own consolidated financials for the overall GTM organization, in partnership with other FP&A team members.

Analysis and Presentation . Prepare insightful analytics and presentations to help guide strategic directions and provide recommendations to senior leadership

To succeed in this role you must have the following:

3-5 years experience, ideally in a high growth Technology or Software/SaaS environment

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related field, or equivalent experience

Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills and experience with FP&A systems and tools e.g Anaplan, NetSuite, Tableau, Coupa or any similar software

Desired Qualifications:

Financial Reporting and Budgeting Analysis . Experience owning financial reporting and Income Statements

Analytical and Process Oriented . Strong financial and analytical skills and the ability to break financial processes and concepts into specific tasks and simple terms. Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills and experience with FP&A systems and tools e.g Anaplan, NetSuite, Tableau, Coupa

Project Management and Organizational Skills . Project management and organizational skills, including the ability to partner with Accounting and FP&A teams across the organization

Collaboration and Communication Skills - Ability to communicate clearly and succinctly in prose, presentations, and verbally to multiple levels within the organization. Ability to work independently and collaborate with other departments

Willing to work on night shift ( 8am - 5pm PST )

Willing to work on hybrid setup (10-11 days in office per month, Cubao or Ortigas)
