Cloudstaff Makati, National Capital Region, Philippines Learning & Training Specialist I WFO Work arrangement: Work From Office Location: Makati Schedule: Night Shift Responsibilities Assess training and development needs through Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) tool, surveys, interviews, and consultations with managers. Design and develop engaging training materials, including manuals, e‑learning modules, and hands‑on workshops. Deliver in‑person and virtual training sessions across various departments, covering both soft and hard skills. Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness, adjusting as needed based on feedback and performance metrics. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred. 3+ years of experience in training, instructional design, and delivery of training in a corporate setting preferably within a SaaS or tech company. 3+ years of experience with LMS platforms and authoring software (e.g., Articulate, Rise); certification in training or instructional design (e.g., CPTM, ATD, SHRM) is preferred.
