Technical Skills > Strong knowledge of marketing strategy, analytics, and brand management. > Proficient in digital marketing tools (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, SEO, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite). > Skilled in budgeting, campaign planning, and project management. > Ability to analyze market data and KPIs to guide marketing decisions. Marketing Strategy and Planning > Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with company goals. > Identify target markets, analyze trends, and recommend strategies to increase market share. > Plan and execute advertising, promotions, and events to strengthen brand awareness. > Establish and monitor marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources. B. Digital and Traditional Marketing > Manage digital marketing campaigns (social media, email, website, SEO, and online ads). > Oversee creation of content and materials for print, digital, and multimedia platforms. > Maintain and update the company’s website and social media presence. > Coordinate with external agencies, media, and suppliers for promotional activities. C. Brand Management > Ensure brand consistency in all communications and promotional materials. > Develop and maintain corporate branding guidelines and marketing collaterals. > Monitor competitors and market movements to position the company strategically. D. Customer and Market Research > Conduct market research and client satisfaction surveys to guide business decisions. > Analyze customer behavior, trends, and feedback to identify new business opportunities. > Prepare regular marketing performance reports and insights for management. E. Coordination and Collaboration > Work closely with Sales, Operations, and HR to align marketing activities with business objectives. > Support the sales team in developing proposals, presentations, and client materials. > Coordinate company participation in exhibits, trade shows, and community events. F. Leadership and Supervision > Lead and mentor the marketing team to ensure high performance and creativity. > Set measurable goals and evaluate team results. > Encourage innovation and continuous improvement in marketing processes.
