Job DescriptionTTEC is hiring a Chat Customer Service Representative onsite in Lipa. You’ll be part of bringing humanity to business and supporting customers across voice and non-voice channels.

- Handle customer inquiries via voice and non-voice channels (chat, text, email, direct messaging) to resolve issues and provide product information with empathy.
- Resolve customer issues quickly and leave them with a positive experience.
- Answer incoming communications from customers
- Connect and resolve issues using voice or non-voice platforms
- Completed 2 years in college or equivalent
- At least 6 months of call center experience or background in lending or financial services
- Ability to apply and explain product or service knowledge
- Computer experience
