Key Activities (Responsibilities) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, develop front-end and back-end components, and ensure the integration of various systems. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, implement security and data protection measures, conduct thorough testing and debugging, provide technical support and documentation, participate in code reviews, and stay updated with emerging technologies. Develop scalable cloud-native solutions using microservices, containerization, and serverless computing. Create front-end and back-end components with modern frameworks, implement APIs, and integrate third-party services. Set up and configure cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and automate deployment using IaC practices. Establish CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes. Implement security best practices to protect data and applications. Monitor and optimize application performance, including caching and load balancing. Prepare comprehensive documentation and provide training and support to stakeholders. Requirements and Qualifications Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master’s is advantageous. At least 5 years of professional experience in full stack development with a strong emphasis on cloud-native design and architecture. Proven track record of delivering high-quality, scalable, and secure software solutions. Knowledge of microservices architecture and RESTful API design. Expertise in back-end development using Node.js, Python, or Java. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and services such as Kubernetes, Docker, and serverless computing. Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL database technologies. Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, including CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code. Strong problem-solving skills and collaborative teamwork. Additional advantageous experience: Swift infrastructure, network architecture, and operational processes related to SWIFT Customer Security Programme (CSP); experience with agile methodologies. Reporting and Coordination Report to the Manager at the Information Technology Department and work closely with the project team, internal and external stakeholders. Provide any other services as required by the team and clients ITD supervisor or user unit. Work Arrangement Hybrid: Employees are required to report onsite three times a week. If the user unit requires contractors to report to HQ, compliance is mandatory. Work Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Manila Time.
