Job Summary:
Responsible for the accounting and finance department operations of the Branch

Duties and Responsibilities:
Accepts payment of Agents or Clients and Issues Official Reciept or Cashier's Receipt
Monitors and controls Bank accounts of the Branch
Prepares weekly Collection Report for prompt submission to Head Office.
Continues monitorin and follow up with agents the overdue account of clients.
Handles cash disbursement, petty cash and commission Fund disbursements
Prepares Replenishment of Petty Cash and Commission Fund from the Branch's Revolvong Fund account.
Prepares Request for Replenishment of Revolving fund of the Branch, sent to Head Office Accounting/Finance Dept.
Prepares Daily Cash Position Report and sent to Head Office Accounting / Finance Department
Prepares accounting entries for the cash receipts, cash disbursement and general journal books and posts the monthly transaction balances to the General Ledger.
Prepares Monthly Financial Statements of the Branch and sent to Head Office Accounting Department
Prepares Annual Financial Statements of the Branch and sent to Head Office Accounting Department
Maintains and controls inventory of printed office forms, supplies and fixed assets of the Branch.
Handles procurement of permist and otehr documents needed from government agencies.
Other duties that may be assigned by the Branch Manager, Comptroller or Treasurer from time to time.

Education:
Bachelor in Accountancy, Financial Management or any Business Course that has accounting subject

Job Qualifications:
At least 1 year experience
