About the job Head of Legal Shared Services About the Role: Our client is a financial services provider located in Quezon City. As the Head of Legal Shared Services, you will sit in the Law, Compliance & Government Relations. Responsibilities: Leadership and Management - Contribute to the development and implementation of an LSS strategy that supports the global Law Department strategy. Operational Excellence and Process Improvement - Ensure the development and implementation of operational structures, processes, policies and team culture Resource Management - Responsible for identification and allocation needs, such as budget management, staff recruitment and equipment need. Talent Management and Staff Development - Lead performance reviews of team members including calibration within and across local and relevant global team. Reporting & Communication - Providing regular reports and updates to the Head Strategy & Operations. Stakeholder Engagement - Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Financial Management - Oversee the budget and financial performance of the organization. Requirements: Law degree or any related field 10 years of legal experience with a strong background in legal operations and management Strong financial acumen and project management skills including experience with financial reporting and managing financial plans and budgets.
