Join to apply for the Maintenance Coordinator role at Cloudstaff . Overview We are looking for a Maintenance Coordinator to join our team at Cloudstaff, the #1 workplace everywhere. The role supports Resident Managers and Regional Property Managers to protect assets by ensuring that all life safety, building systems, and other general building repairs are consistently maintained. The Coordinator also bridges the gap between vendors and residents, working together to resolve issues that arise in our residential and commercial buildings in a timely manner so that residents can continue to enjoy a quiet living environment. Key Responsibilities Review maintenance requests and emails daily. Generate work orders for issues that arise in commercial and residential buildings, within 24 hours. Determine and dispatch the correct vendor for each specific issue. Close work orders after the Resident Manager confirms completion with the Resident. Edit work orders to reflect updates or changes in vendor/work descriptions. Cancel work orders when an issue is resolved without vendor assistance. Track Notice of Violations (NOVs) and ensure completion prior to re‑inspection dates. Track Life and Safety certifications and create work orders for annual, quarterly, and five‑year inspections. Update Life & Safety spreadsheets and store certification documents in Yardi. Create and track remediation work orders and manage remediation projects from start to finish. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred. 1–2 years of experience as Maintenance Coordinator or related industry experience preferred. California Certified Resident Manager Certification (CCRM) is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Yardi experience is preferred. Skills & Abilities Excellent customer service skills. Strong communication skills for interacting with diverse backgrounds. Clerical ability and strong prioritization of work orders. Excellent organizational skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with frequent interruptions. Basic understanding of maintenance operations. Work Arrangement Work From Home.
