Talent Acquisition — Human Resources | Certified Good Guy JOB SUMMARY The Cost Engineering Supervisor is responsible for the review and monitoring of the construction costs of her assigned projects, monitoring of project schedule/S-curve and EOT of all projects. She works with the Cost Monitoring Team to generate monthly consolidated cost monitoring reports and POC reports, assisting the Cost Engineering Manager with all cost monitoring and project schedules. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Monitors compliance on the completeness and timely submission of Monthly Reports (including Cost & Change Orders Monitoring, Progress Photos, CM Directors Report, etc.) Works with the Assistant Cost Engineering Manager to monitor the percentage of completion (POC) certifications of all projects, including project S-curve schedule and EOT monitoring. Reviews the Cost Monitoring Reports and Change Order Reports of her assigned projects (including monitoring of supplemental budgets, budget transfers) and works with the Cost Monitoring Team to generate the consolidated cost monitoring report. Assists in compiling the consolidated cost monitoring report. Coordinates and reconciles all cost monitoring concerns of her assigned projects with the Construction Management Division and Accounting Department. Monitors and reviews Change Orders of her assigned projects for endorsement. Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in any engineering field from a reputable college or university and possession of a valid PRC license or its equivalent. 3 to 5 years of work experience in quantity surveying / cost monitoring / change orders monitoring. Computer skills: MS Word, SAP, Excel, PowerPoint and AutoCAD. Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment, demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence.
