Join Prysmian's Build the Future Graduate Program for a technical career in manufacturing with global rotations and international assignments.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Participate in a one-week Global Induction in Milan with training led by Prysmian Academy and a Top-Ranking Business School.
  • Complete a one-year job rotation in Research & Development and Operations at a production site.
  • Take a technical role for 12 months in the hiring country, aligned with business needs and interests.
  • Undertake a three-year international assignment in one of Prysmian’s 50+ countries.
  • Learn new working methods, acquire technical knowledge, and collaborate in a multicultural environment.
About You

The company is looking for:

  • Graduates within the last 24 months or students completing a STEM degree.
  • Fluent English speakers.
  • Individuals with experience studying or working abroad or willingness to undertake international assignments.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Passion for diversity, inclusion, and working in multicultural teams.
  • Availability to start by March 2026.
  • Interest in a technical role within the manufacturing industry and readiness to embrace new challenges.
