Customer Account Engineer Role at First Sumiden Circuits Inc. – Act as primary point of contact between the customer and internal operations, ensuring clear communication regarding requirements, specifications, schedules and general engineering. Perform the front loading approach to enhance integration of various functions (Project Management method) earlier in the product development cycle. Minimum Requirements Graduate of an Engineering course – preferably Manufacturing, ECE, Electrical, Mechanical or Mechatronics. At least 1 year of experience as a Customer Account Engineer, NPI Engineer, Project Engineer or related role in an Electronics/Semiconductor company. Strong background in New Product Introduction/Product Engineering. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with customers and internal teams. Ability to handle Project Management, Time Management and Risk Assessment. Knowledge of Engineering Tools (Root Cause Analysis, Statistical Analysis, Risk Management, etc). Familiarity with Minitab or SAS-JMP applications. Understanding of customer requirements and drawings. Advantage: Experience with APQP and PPAP Framework leadership.
