We are seeking a Marketing Assistant to assist in building out competitive market analyses (CMAs), drafting marketing campaigns, and supporting content creation. This role is essential for ongoing marketing efforts and will involve collaboration with our team to ensure marketing strategies are effectively executed.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for building out competitive market analyses (CMAs), mapping out and drafting marketing campaigns, and creating and editing marketing materials using Canva. Additionally, the candidate will manage and update content in the company's content management system and support email marketing initiatives through Mailchimp.

Responsibilities

Required Experience and Qualifications
  • Proficiency with Google Suite
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS)
  • Experience in drafting articles and marketing materials
  • Ability to conduct property analysis
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with Canva and Mailchimp
  • Knowledge of follow-up boss and KW Command (training can be provided)
  • Basic video editing skills are a plus
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Notion)
Personality
  • Detail-oriented and proactive
  • Flexible and willing to learn new skills
  • Strong team player with good communication skills

The company offers a competitive salary in USD or local currency, as well as a range of benefits. The ideal candidate will be available to work 8-5 EST and will be based in the Philippines.
