Job Description

As the Head of FP&A and Strategy, you will:

  • Oversee financial planning and forecasting processes to ensure alignment with organisational goals.
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Analyse financial performance and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise resource allocation and operational efficiency.
  • Lead the preparation of financial reports and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
  • Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems.
The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of FP&A and Strategy should have:

  • A strong educational background in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and strategic management.
  • Expertise in the financial services industry and understanding of its regulatory framework.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong leadership abilities and the capacity to manage cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in financial modelling, reporting tools, and systems.
