About the role: We are seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist with prior experience supporting US clients in Taguig City, Metro Manila. Full-time role managing end-to-end AP for a key US client, focusing on timely and accurate invoice processing, vendor management, and financial reporting.
What you'll be doing
- Process vendor invoices with accurate data entry and GL coding
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain organized AP records
- Prepare and submit payments (wire transfers, cheques)
- Assist with monthly/quarterly/annual financial reports
- Collaborate on internal controls and policy compliance
- Provide customer service to internal/external stakeholders
What we're looking for
- Minimum 2 years AP experience, US-based client exposure preferred
- Strong AP process knowledge
- Proficient with accounting software and reporting tools
- Attention to detail, able to work independently or in a team
- Good written and verbal communication
