Key Responsibilities

  • Operate machinery and equipment according to safety and quality standards
  • Assemble, pack, or process products based on production guidelines
  • Monitor product quality and report defects or inconsistencies
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations
  • Follow production schedules and meet daily output targets
  • Assist in inventory management and material handling
  • Comply with company policies, safety regulations, and standard operating procedures
  • Coordinate with team members and supervisors to resolve issues and improve workflow
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a production or manufacturing setting is an advantage
  • Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision
  • Physically fit and capable of standing for long periods and lifting moderate loads
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or shifts if required
Work Conditions
  • Factory or warehouse environment
  • Exposure to noise, heat, or cold depending on production area
  • Use of protective gear and adherence to safety protocols required
