Job Responsibilities:
• Responsible of identifying hardware and software solutions.
• In-charge of troubleshooting the technical issues.
• Responsible of installing and configuring hardware and software.
• In-charge of updating computer software as well as upgrading software and systems.
• Keeping track of technological advancements and trends in IT Support.

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree of Computer Science or Information Technology
• 1 to 2 years of experience as an IT Support Specialist.
• Must proficient in IT helpdesk software and hardware and in-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks.
• Preferably has passion for technology and eager to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Willing to work on-site in Taguig.
