Responsibilities
  • Leads the creation of the Solution Plan (SP) coming from the high-level solution (HLS) of the Solution Architects.
  • Collaborates with the System Analyst to deconstruct the High-Level System (HLS) into detailed, actionable packages for each application within the project. Works with the Project Manager (PM) and Business Analyst (BA) to clarify user requirements and ensure the solution addresses them.
  • Reviews and validates the DFS with its System Analyst to ensure development aligns with the planned solution design.
  • Consults with SMEs, Network support, and Security Support to ensure the solution is end-to-end.
  • Works with System Administrator and Database Administrator through the System Analyst to set up environments in testing and production; interacts with Operations during this process.
  • Supports the Systems Analyst in handover to production.
  • Leads the support teams to achieve technical readiness for the assigned project.
  • Leads cutover activities to deploy project enhancements in production.
  • Leads the support team during the stabilization period after cutover.
  • Collaborates with the PM and Service Management to monitor and address production issues during stabilization; assists in project close-out.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Education – At least a bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Related Work Experience – 3–5 years of experience in cloud services; 3–4 years of experience in Business Analysis.
  • Skills – Above-average communication, strong interpersonal and organizational skills; sound problem resolution, judgment, and decision-making; ability to lead a small team or project; ability to work independently with minimum supervision in a cross-functional team; ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight SLAs.
