Key responsibilities include: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate presentation. Partner with U.S. hiring managers and client delivery teams to define role requirements and recruiting strategies. Use LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS databases, and creative sourcing methods to identify top talent. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Provide a high-touch candidate experience that reflects professionalism and care. Collaborate with peers to meet performance goals and delivery timelines. Track and manage recruiting activity metrics accurately in ATS/CRM systems. Are You an Experienced Technical Recruiter Ready to Make an Impact? Required Qualifications: 3-5 years of U.S. recruiting experience (agency, corporate, or RPO). Proven success recruiting for IT, engineering, or professional corporate roles . Excellent sourcing and assessment skills, with a track record of quality placements. Experience with ATS and CRM systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Avionté, iCIMS). Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building abilities. Must be based in the Philippines and able to work U.S. business hours . Preferred Qualifications: Experience supporting MSP or VMS client programs . Familiarity with technical recruiting , including software, infrastructure, or engineering roles. Proficiency in Boolean search techniques and creative sourcing strategies.
