Brokers and Agents Coordination Manage Brokers and Agents relations by establishing open and transparent communication channels where Brokers and Agents feel comfortable expressing their ideas, concerns and feedback. Provide training and development opportunities to new Brokers and Agents through Project Knowledge Seminar (PKS) to enhance their knowledge about processes and policies related to reservation and selling. Qualifications Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or equivalent. Work experience related to the position is an advantage. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
