Job Description:

The Senior Software Developer is responsible for architecting and implementing complex solutions for Polar ResX Applications. This role involves building and optimizing small to very large implementations with little to no outside guidance using current industry standards. The Senior Software Developer will work closely with Business Owners and Sponsors to ensure their applications are efficient and meet expectations. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, experience in mentoring junior developers, and a commitment to compliance with company security and privacy policies.

Key Accountabilities/Job Functions

• Architect and implement complex solutions for Polar ResX Applications 30%
• Build and optimize small to very large implementations with minimal guidance 25%
• Ensure applications are efficient and meet the expectations of Business Owners and Sponsors 20%
• Act as a lead for development efforts involving junior developers. Mentor as needed 10%
• Participate in team meetings and planning sessions, providing relevant feedback and guidance 10%
• Performs other duties as assigned 5%

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or a related field.

• Excellent documentation and knowledge transfer skills
• Excellent communication, organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to multi-task and handle changing priorities
• Prior experience in leading/mentoring execution focused development teams
