We are looking for a highly organized, detail-driven, Type A personality to join our team as a Social Media Manager . This role is not about creating videos or writing newsletters—you’ll have a content creation team and writers for that. Instead, you’ll be the conductor of the orchestra , ensuring every piece of content that goes live is polished, on-brand, and strategically placed.

You will oversee five different brands , each with content across TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Mastodon, Reddit, Quora, blogs, and newsletters. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on precision, consistency, and accountability . If a typo keeps you awake at night, this is the job for you.

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage Content Distribution : Schedule and publish posts across multiple social platforms for 5 brands.
  • Maintain Quality Control : Review all social posts to ensure flawless grammar, brand consistency, and engaging presentation—no sloppy work makes it out.
  • Coordinate with Teams : Collaborate closely with video creators, newsletter writers, and designers to ensure smooth execution.
  • Give Clear Feedback : Provide direct, constructive input to ensure content meets high standards.
  • Brand Alignment : Ensure each post reflects the voice, values, and positioning of its brand.
  • Market & Product Mastery : Learn the fence industry inside and out—understand wood types (Northern White Cedar vs. Red Cedar vs. Pressure-Treated), regional differences, and fence styles. You will become a fence expert to make sure our content is relevant and accurate.
  • Trendspotting & Benchmarking : Research and share examples of excellent social posts from similar industries to inspire and refine our own.
  • Light Design Work : Use Canva or similar tools to make small adjustments when needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in social media management for multiple brands.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills —able to manage a distributed creative team.
  • Impeccable attention to detail —you catch typos, awkward phrasing, and off-brand visuals instantly.
  • Excellent communication skills —direct, professional, and collaborative.
  • Working knowledge of Canva (or similar tools) and basic design sense.
  • Analytical mindset —able to identify what works and what doesn’t.
  • Industry curiosity —willing to dive deep into the fencing industry and become knowledgeable in materials, markets, and styles.

This is a remote, full-time position based in the Philippines, working with a team located in both the Philippines and LATAM.
